Returns and Ownership

We will ensure that our client is able to get 20-30% of the total revenue collected per month. whereas the company keeps the remaining for the period of months agreed in the joint venture agreement. The client has the obligation to advise whoever is managing the property. The property owner remains the registered owner of the Title Deed.
